Applied automatically to every counted dollar. Commission is calculated on money actually received, after the 5% bank fee comes off the payment first.
20%
Services — every invoice created with Leslie as the agent. 20% of what's received (after bank fee).
10%
Financing residual — an extra 10% on recurring monthly financing payments (method "Financing Payment") across Leslie's book — her invoices and her artists. Opening financed amounts (plain "Financing") never pay a residual.
10%
Leslie's artists — 10% of payments received from artists assigned to Leslie.
−5%
Bank fee — the 5% processing fee is taken off each payment first; commission is calculated on the remainder. The client invoice fee (5%) is excluded from the commission base — commission is earned on the service total only.
Example — a $500.00 payment arrives: − $25.00 bank fee (5%) → $475.00 net → Leslie earns $95.00 on a services invoice (20%) or $47.50 on an artist payment (10%). A $150.22 monthly financing payment nets $142.71 → $14.27 residual (10%).
Every doc created with Leslie listed as agent — services 20%, plus the 10% residual on monthly "Financing Payment" entries. Commission accrues as payments land.
