How the pay plan works
Applied automatically to every counted dollar. Commission is calculated on money actually received, after the 5% bank fee comes off the payment first.

Kareem Artists — 15% of payments received from artists assigned to Kareem. Lul Contre (his A&R artist): 15% of the DSM 30% share on paid royalty rows — after the 5% bank fee.

Bank fee — the 5% processing fee is taken off each payment first; commission is calculated on the remainder. The client invoice fee (5%) is excluded from the commission base — commission is earned on the service total only.
Example — a $500.00 payment arrives: − $25.00 bank fee (5%) → $475.00 net → Kareem earns $118.75 on a services invoice (25%), $190.00 on paperwork (40%) or $71.25 on an artist payment (15%).
